- OnAir API Keys or Company IDs
- Personally identifiable information
- IP addresses (these are anonymized)
- Specific flight data or cargo details

- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics cookies (only after consent)

Manage Cookie Settings
You can change your cookie preferences at any time via the Settings page.
Retention Period
Google Analytics stores data for a maximum of 26 months. Your cookie preference is stored locally in your browser until you delete or change it.
Data Storage
API Credentials
Your OnAir Company API Key and Company ID are stored only in your browser session. This data:
- Is NOT stored on our servers
- Is NOT shared with third parties
- Is only used to fetch data from the OnAir API
- Disappears when you close your browser
Route Data
Your planned routes and cargo data are stored in your browser (localStorage). This data:
- Remains local on your device
- Is not sent to our servers
- Can be deleted via browser settings

Cross-Device Synchronization
Optional Sync Feature
OnAirTools offers optional cross-device synchronization. This feature is:
- Completely optional: Only activated when you generate a sync key
- Anonymous: Sync keys are randomly generated (e.g., OAT-abc123def456)
- Not linked to you: No personal information required or collected
What We Sync (When Enabled)
When you activate sync, we store on our server:
- Aircraft ID (from OnAir Company)
- Cargo data (weight, destination, price)
- Route planning data (ICAO codes)
- Last update timestamp
What We DO NOT Sync
- OnAir API Keys or Company IDs
- Your name, email, or personal information
- IP addresses
- Browser information or device details
Your Control
You have full control over synced data:
- Enable or disable sync at any time in Settings
- Delete all synced data from our servers instantly
- Generate a new sync key to create a fresh sync space
- Data is automatically deleted after 6 months of inactivity
Legal Basis (GDPR Article 6.1.f)
The sync functionality operates under "legitimate interest" - you explicitly request this feature by generating a sync key. The data processing is minimal, anonymous, and directly serves the functionality you requested.
