OnAir API Configuration

Configure your OnAir Company API credentials to connect to your account.

How to get your API credentials

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Open the OnAir Airline Manager desktop application
  2. Click on Options in the top menu bar
  3. Select Preferences from the dropdown
  4. Go to the Debug & connectivity tab
  5. Find the Technical Identifiers section
  6. Copy your Company unique ID (second field)
  7. Copy your Company API Key (third field)
  8. Paste them in the form below in the same order

Your credentials are stored locally and never sent to our servers.

How we protect your privacy:

  • Your API credentials are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) only
  • We never send, store, or have access to your credentials on our servers
  • All communication is directly between your browser and the OnAir API
  • Your data is stored permanently in your browser until you clear it

Display Preferences

Configure how weights are displayed throughout the application.

Choose your preferred unit for displaying weights. All weights will be automatically converted.

PDF Customization

Customize your exported PDF documents with your company logo and branding.

Your logo will appear in the top-left corner of exported PDF documents. Stored locally in your browser.

Cross-Device Synchronization

Sync your routes and cargo across all your devices using a secure sync key.

Privacy & Data Information

How sync works:

  • Your sync key is randomly generated and completely anonymous
  • Only technical data is synced (aircraft ID, cargo, routes)
  • No personal information, API keys, or identifiable data
  • Data is automatically deleted after 6 months of inactivity
  • You can delete all synced data at any time

Tip: Generate a sync key once, then enter it on all your devices (PC, tablet, phone). Your routes will automatically sync in the background!
